The 14th Chinese Conference on Biometric Recognition (CCBR 2019) will be held in Zhuzhou during October 12- 13, 2019. This conference aims to promote the development and applications of biometrics theory, technology, and systems. CCBR 2019 will be the 14th in the series that has been successfully held in Beijing, Hangzhou, Xi’an, Guangzhou, Jinan, Shenyang, Tianjin, Chengdu, Shenzhen and Urumqi since 2000.

CCBR2019 is organized by Center for Research on Intelligent Perception and Computing, Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences and School of Artificial Intelligence, Hunan University of Technology. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings published by Springer (LNCS), and indexed by EI and ISTP.
