Code-based cryptography focuses on the study of cryptosystems that are based on hard problems from algebraic coding theory, following the seminal work of McEliece in the late 1970s. Due to the reopened standardization call by the NIST, the research in this direction has become one of the most pressing challenges.
The workshop aims at informing researchers across the community about the newest results in the field and fostering further collaborations. Besides bringing together the existing community, we provide an opportunity to extend the range of participation to researchers approaching this research area for the first time.
Submission Guidelines
The program of CBCrypto 2024 will feature contributed talks and invited talks. Contributed talks must be submitted through an extended abstract (maximum 2 pages, no restriction on the format), and will be selected by the program committee through peer-review.
Please note that CBCrypto tries to encourage participation, and also accepts contributed talks of recent results, works in progress, already published or submitted to another venue.
Authors of accepted contributed talks whose work has not been published or submitted to another venue will be encouraged to submit a full version of their work to a post-conference special issue in Springer's Lecture Notes in Computer Science series. Full versions will undergo an independent review process. Further instructions about submission of full papers will be given after the conference, together with the invitation to submit.
Submission Deadline
Contributed talks can be submitted until the 26 of February, 2024.
