Conference

The 2019 International Automatic Control Conference (CACS 2019) is an international conference hosted by the Chinese Automatic Control Society and National Taiwan Ocean University, Taiwan. This four-day conference will take place in Evergreen Laurel Hotel, Keelung, Taiwan, over Nov. 13 ~ 16, 2019.

This conference will provide a great opportunity for scientists, engineers, and practitioners to present the latest design concepts, research results, developments, and applications, as well as to facilitate interactions between scholars and practitioners. Submission of papers with new research results in all aspects of control and automation are encouraged. To broaden the scope and promote participations, organized sessions will also be welcome and incorporated into the CACS 2019 program. Best paper awards will be given to those with outstanding achievements.

Submission Guidelines

The program committee invites you to submit 4 to 6 pages long contributions in English through https://sites.google.com/view/ntou-cacs2019/. The submitted papers are grouped as follows:

• Regular paper (no more than 6 pages, English language)
• Presentation-only paper (one page, English language)

Submitted papers to CACS2019 must be original, not previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere and must not be submitted to any other event or publisher during the entire review process. IEEE policy regarding plagiarism and duplicate submission/publication will be strictly enforced.

Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.

Publication

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the CACS 2019 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®. Each paper should at least have one full registration, but the same author has more than one paper to register, he (she) can pay with additional paper fee excluding the first paper. But the additional paper fee is only for one additional paper. The additional second (or more) paper should pay the full registration too.

The 2019 International Automatic Control Conference (CACS 2019) will be held in Evergreen Laurel Hotel, Keelung, Taiwan from the 13th to 16th of November 2019.
