Submission Guidelines
All speakers please submit your initial content (speaker name, title of technical talk presentation and poster, with a description) by June 18, 2018. Deadline for posters initial content extended to July 11, 2018. Final presentations and posters are due on July 13, 2018 and should be uploaded into EasyChair. Reference the guidelines outlined below for presentations and posters.
Technical Talks: Please follow this structure for building your presentation:
- Agenda: Outline the key content that will be covered during the presentation.
- Project Goals: Provide a high-level overview of the original goals and/or success metrics for the project.
- Project Status: This could be several slides based on the number of applications and/or scientific projects that are covered by the Intel® PCC partnership. Please provide insight to the original baseline data and/or scientific problem you want to solve or improve, describe what actions were taken to gain better results (performance, scientific study, etc.), configuration details, obstacles you encountered in getting results, and the next steps you will take in your project work.
- Presentation Timeline: Please structure your talk with the 30-min timeline in mind. Presenters will have 20-25 min for sharing his/her results and will need to leave 5-10 min for Q&A.
Posters: Ideally we would like to focus primarily on the methodology, challenges, techniques, and results of your scientific study. Please provide an abstract of the information included in your poster. We have provided a template (aspect ratio 4:3) that you may use as is or customize to your specific needs. Posters will be printed by Intel for the event (finished size 40"x30"). Contact Shari Lawrence at ipcc.program.office@intel.com if you need assistance.
