Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Full papers, panels and posters in the following areas are invited. Abstracts for individual papers and posters should be between 200-250 words. All submissions should be made in Times New Roman, 12pt. Paper presentations will be 20 minutes followed by a 10-minute discussion.

- Proposal for panels should not exceed 500 words. Each panel will have 120 minutes for presentations and discussions. The language of the conference is English (but panels may be organized in other languages e.g. Kiswahili, Arabic, French, German, Portuguese, or other regional languages). Proposals for panels should include:
- Title of the panel
- Convener
- Proposed panellist(s)
- Discussant (if necessary)
- Language (if different from English)

- Early bird registration: December 3, 2022

- International participants: $120 (early bird), $140 (late/on-site registration)
- African participants: $80 (early bird), $95 (late/on-site registration)
- Local participants: KES 5000 (early bird), KES 5500 (late/on-site registration)
- International students: $70 (early bird), $80 (late/on-site registration)
- African students: $30 (early bird), $40 (late/on-site registration)
- Local students: KES 1500 (early bird), KES 2000 (late/on-site registration)
