ASG2021 is an international conference titles Solidarity in Diversity: Highlighting Marginal Voices in Academia, Practice and Society. It will be convened by the African Studies Group (ASG) and will be held on July 22-24, 2021 at the University of Melbourne. ASG2021 will bring together scholars (students, faculty and researchers), practitioners and community members to engage on the theme of the conference. ASG2021 aims to bring researchers and professionals and will offer opportunies to engage in the exchange of ideas and foster international collaborations. ASG2021 conference will comprise four key elements: a masterclass, academic gresentations, sharing of experiences practisionners and community, and debates.
COVID-19 Updates
Depending on how the pandemic situation unfolds in Victoria and due to the safety of all ASG2021 conference participants, we have decided to hold ASG2021 in a hybrid mode (face-to-face and virtual). We request the participants to regulary check covid-19 related updates on the website of the department of health and human services (https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/).
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Abstracts
- Full papers
- Posters
- Oral presentation
- Viratual presentation
Note:
- All full papers must be original and not submitted to any journal or conference.
- All submissions should be in English language.
- Each submission will be revieved by at least two reviewers.
