Since the first AI Conference took place in Sydney in 1987, the series of the annual Australasian Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence has become the premier event for Artificial Intelligence researchers in Australasia and one of the major international forums on AI worldwide.
As the capital of Australia, Canberra is home to some of the country's most prominent research institutions, including the Australian National University (ANU), the University of New South Wales(UNSW) and the University of Canberra (UC). This vibrant city serves as the nexus of government and policy, making it an ideal setting for AI innovations that drive societal impact and inform public decision-making. Canberra also hosts several world-class research bodies and government agencies dedicated to AI research and development, such as Data61/CSIRO. Its R&D ecosystem is highly collaborative, bringing together leading businesses, government agencies, universities, and industry players in a united effort to address both national and global AI challenges.
Submission Guidelines
Submitted papers should not exceed 12 pages (including references). Submissions that are substantially similar to papers that the authors have previously published are not accepted. Submissins should not be under review or submitted for publication elsewhere during the review period. Papers previously presented at workshops are permitted, so long as they did not appear in a conference proceedings, a journal, or a book. Reviews will be double blind; authors must avoid including anything that can be used to identify them. The authors' information, inlcuding the author order, will not be able to be changed after the submission deadline.
The deadline for submitting supplementary materials is the same as the deadline for full paper submissions. We recommend using the same template as the paper for supplementary materials. There is no page limit for supplementary materials. Each accepted paper requires at least one Full Registration. If you have more than one accepted paper, you have to register for each paper individually.
All papers should be submitted electronically in PDF format and formatted using Springer's manuscript submission guidelines. The papers are submitted through EasyChair AJCAI 2025.
