AIS 2023 is the 18^th International Symposium on Applied Informatics and Related Areas organized in the frame of Hungarian Science Festival 2023 by Óbuda University. The AIS 2023 is the Annual International Conference of Alba Regia Technical Faculty of Óbuda University, Hungary, Székesfehérvár.

The Symposium is organized with the aim to bring together and demonstrate  the cooperation of the international and regional partners in the higher  education, research, and industrial sectors. It is a good opportunity to focus  not only on the computer based systems but on the widely applications in related fields in information society. 

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• AIS 2023 Proceedings will be published electronically with ISBN
• Only one paper can be included into the proceedings by paying one registration fee. For including any paper in the proceedings, it is  necessary for at least one co‐author to be registered. All papers must be  presented either in oral session or in poster session. 
• Full papers The official language of the symposium is English. Authors should submit IEEE standard double-column paper with the maximum pages of 6 in pdf file format. Authors are kindly asked to submit their paper through electronic submission system . Papers sent by email are not acceptable. The IEEE standard template can be downloaded from the conference's Web site of the conference
• Posters The poster template can be downloaded from Web site of the conference
• Authors and participants are kindly asked to fill in the Registration form on  the official Web site of the conference
• Registration fee is 10.000 HUF  Registration fee covers the expenses the conference kit, a proceedings  with ISBN, and invitation for one person to social event
