The purpose of the Conference

• providing podium for scientists to present the results of their researches and scientific results in the field of advanced computer information technologies
• motivation for scientific activity
• exchange of progressive ideas and research results
• development of creativity in scientific activity

Submission Guidelines

The final version of a paper must be 4 pages and be prepared according to the following guidelines in DOC or DOCX formats (in English only). An extra fee of EUR 20 will be charged for each additional page above 4 pages.
The paper should be submitted using EasyChair services. The paper template with instructions on submission is available on the Conference Web Page.
The paper should define the scope of the paper, emphasize new advances, theories and/or applications and include an analysis of results.

Publication

Conference Proceedings will be published before Conference start (hard copy and electronic form).  Proceedings will be indexed with ISBN number in Book Chamber of Ukraine. Also, conference proceedings will be submitted to indexation at the CiteSeerX and Google Scholar database. 

Best of presented papers on the Conference will be recommended in extended article for publication in a special issue of the "Bavarian Journal of Applied Sciences".

Payments

Registration fee:
140 Euro - full participation
100 Euro - IEEE members
50 Euro - PhD students
Free - Students

Registration fee includes: Conference participation, paper publication, receiving of complete materials set, organizational expenses and excursion.
Registration fee in UAH for Ukrainian scientists (residents of Ukraine) will be specified later on personal applications for a Conference participant grant.
