CREATING SUSTAINABLE VALUE FOR GLOBAL PROSPERITY

The Vietnam-Japan International Business Conference (VJIBC) is a global research conference on various international business topics jointly hosted by College of Business, Rikkyo University (Tokyo, Japan) and VJCC Institute, Foreign Trade University (Hanoi, Vietnam). We will host the 4th VJIBC in March 2024 with the theme "Creating Sustainable Value for Global Prosperity: From the multidiscilinary perspectives". The organizers eagerly invite contributions from academic researchers and practitioners around the world in various disciplines.
CONFERENCE GOALS
- Knowledge Exchange: Connect scholars, researchers, current and post graduate students, practitioners, policymakers, and entrepreneurs to share valuable insights and experiences in the pursuit of sustainable global prosperity.
- Paper Development: Support paper refinement for potential publication, nurturing academic growth.
- Networking: Facilitate connections and future research collaborations among diverse stakeholders.
CONFERENCE THEME
In today's ever-changing economic and business landscape, organizations of all sizes and in all industries are seeking sustainable value creation, especially post-pandemic era. Achieving sustainable value creation is no longer a mere aspiration; it's a fundamental requirement to not only survive but to prosper. This pursuit has significant economic and business implications, profoundly influencing strategies and decisions of all organizations, regardless of their size, types, and locations, etc., and shaping the broader economic and societal landscape. It is essential to recognize the multifaceted importance of achieving sustainable value creation in both business and economics.
Submission Guidelines
We ask for the submission of the extended abstract, which must be written in English by WORD, single-spaced, font size 11 or 12, with a margin of 2.5cm (1 inch) on all sides, with no more than 1,000 words. Please prepare a separate short abstract (maximum 300 words) and three to five keywords.
- An extended abstract should include the background and/or aim of the research, research question/hypothesis, methodology, results and conclusion.
All the submissions will go through the double-blind review process. The result will be notified to the authors by the end of January 2024.

PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES
We aim to publish a few selected papers in a special section of a journal and/or an edited volume. The invitation for submission will be sent to authors after the conference.

Venue
The conference will be held on Ikebukuro campus at Rikkyo University, Tokyo, Japan. Ikebukuro is one of Tokyo's multiple city centers and offers plenty of entertainment, shopping and dining opportunities.
Registration for the conference is free of charge. However, participants are responsible for covering their own travel expenses to reach the venue (Rikkyo University, Tokyo, Japan) as well as accommodation costs. Virtual participation is not accepted.
