2° General States of Industrial Heritage

L’Associazione Italiana per il Patrimonio Archeologico Industriale – AIPAI, nel celebrare i 25 anni di impegno sul fronte del censimento, della conoscenza, della tutela e della valorizzazione del patrimonio industriale, chiama nuovamente a riunirsi studiosi, amministrazioni, enti preposti alla conservazione e alla tutela, progettisti, associazioni, operatori turistici e tutti i soggetti coinvolti nel vasto impegno in questo ancora-giovane ambito di heritage.

I 2° Stati Generali del Patrimonio Industriale si svolgeranno dal 9 all'11 giugno 2022 a Roma e Tivoli.Durante le tre giornate si svolgeranno attività legate a diversi ambiti dell'evento: 

• sessioni plenarie del congresso;
• sessioni parallele del congresso, nelle quali saranno presentati i contributi scientifici pervenuti;
• panel tematici, nei quali saranno discussi specifici temi di attualità nel campo del patrimonio industriale;
• workshop e creative contest, nei quali si svolgeranno attività di didattica, divulgazione e premiazioni.

The Italian Association for Industrial Archaeological Heritage - AIPAI, celebrating 25 years of commitment to the census, knowledge, protection and enhancement of industrial heritage, calls once again to gather scholars, administrations, bodies responsible for conservation and protection, designers, associations, tour operators and all those involved in the vast commitment in this still-young area of heritage.

The 2° General States of Industrial Heritage will take place from 9 to 11 June 2022 in Rome and Tivoli. During the three days will be held activities related to different areas of the event: 

• keynote lectures;
• parallel sessions of the congress, in which the scientific contributions received will be presented;
• thematic panels, in which specific topical issues in the field of industrial heritage will be discussed;
• workshops and creative contests, in which didactic activities, dissemination and awards will take place.

Istruzioni per l'invio di abstract e full papers | Submission Guidelines 

La call for paper del congresso internazionale è organizzata intorno a 11 aree tematiche, strutturate in 35 sessioni specifiche. È possibile proporre un contributo sia per una specifica sessione, sia genericamente per l'area tematica di riferimento. L’abstract della proposta di contributo non dovrà avere bibliografia e potrà essere in italiano o in inglese, in entrambi i casi la lunghezza non dovrà superare le 1500 battute spazi inclusi. I paper devono essere inediti e non devono essere stati inviati contemporaneamente ad altri convegni o journal.​

The call for papers is organized around 11 thematic areas, with 35 specific sessions. It is possible to propose a contribution both for a specific session and its general thematic area. The abstract may be in Italian or English language, in both cases the length must not exceed 1500 characters, including spaces. All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
