Maaike Roelofs is a scientist innovator at the Netherlands Organization for applied scientific research, TNO. She studied Management, Economics and Consumer studies at the Wageningen University of Research in the Netherlands. Currently she conducts research in the field of organizational and behavioral change, complex collaboration and occupational safety.
