Abstract:
Current practical experience in measuring the effectiveness of organizational development activities is largely based on the evaluation of surveys. In this paper we introduce an approach based on artificial neural network with elements of fuzzy approach and genetic algorithm for manag-ing organizational development. Genetic algorithm was used for the de-scription of parent-child relationships, instead the fuzzy logic for the han-dling of complex non-linear describable relationships. We supplement the previously known organizational development measures with technology-based ones in order to increase the degree of automation of the measures of organizational development in practice. In order to map the data system of organizational development, we have arranged thematic subsystems with causal relationships and respective parameters. In this paper we describe the procedure and exemplary extracts from the designed system. This paper is intended as an orientation for other scientists who are researching the same topic and are interested in the current status.
