Abstract:
Abstract. The article reveals the actual problem of the teaching staff further training in the secondary educational establishments (GSEE), under the conditions of military conflict in Ukraine, mass workforce migration to the EU countries. The purpose of the article is the scientific rationale of the further training program content. The tasks are: rationaliting the theoretical approaches to selecting the program content, its development, creating the program. Chosen methods: theoretical analysis, synthesis, modeling, systematization, etc. The results are: the scientific rationale of the theoretical approaches complex to the development of the educational regional program content of teaching staff further training to work with immigrant workforces children; the program content; teaching recommendations. Conclusions are: the immigrant workforces children have problems that are related to family, conditions of military conflict. They can be solved by the teaching staff of the GSEE and community. The solution of the these problems requires updating the content of new educational multidisciplinary teaching staff further training program. On this basis a new educational program for teaching staff further training to work with children of immigrant workforces and their social environment was developed. The program has its practical meaning and requires its experimental verification.
Training Program Content for the Teaching Staff That Work with Children of the Labour Migrants (in the Context of Sustainable Future)
