In the era of the information society, each of us is permanently influenced by a flurry of information that varies in content, quality, verifiability, motivational orientation. Therefore, the primary task is to create conditions for information security. One approach to solving this problem is media literacy education. This article discusses strategies to the introduction of media education in international organizations, analyzes the concepts of media education and media literacy in various aspects and examines the role of critical thinking in countering information aggression.
