Abstract:
The article considers the results of research aimed at improving the methods of using the development of health-preserving competence of a physical education teacher in postgraduate education based on the N. Bernstein's theory of construction of movements with the use of virtual reality technologies. Based on the use of virtual reality technologies, a software application "Virtual model of illustration "Nikolai Bernstein's theory of construction of movements" was developed. This model is part of the "Methods for the development of health-preserving competence of a physical education teachers based on the doctrine of the level of N. Bernstein's construction of movements". An experimental study determines that the use of a virtual model as part of this technique is an effective means of developing the health competence of a physical education teacher. With the help of the application of the virtual model, the health-preserving, conceptual, biomechanical, inclusive, corrective aspects of N. Bernstein’s theory of movement construction are actualized. The use of the virtual model represents the ways of purposeful and meaningful application by the physical education teacher of N. Bernstein's theory of construction of movements for the analysis and improvement of physical culture and health technologies and specific physical exercises and motor modes. In particular, due to the use of virtual reality, preventive, corrective and developmental strategies are formed, among which are significant: the use of synergistic movements for recreation and adaptation to motor activity, the use of spatial movements to update orientation and development of spatial thinking, the use of movements with complex algorithms for development intelligence.
