Abstract:
Nowadays society is tangible to introduce and widely support sustainable technologies and systems especially if they are involving a high level of various services integration. As E-commerce systems are playing a major role in our life the current work aims to analyze the sustainability of different levels of delivery services in combination with return exchanges, automated ordering, replacement retrieval and even recycling of old items supported. The bright example of automated services implementation will be made with the involvement of real cases implemented in contemporary international eCommerce systems with the possibility to simulate how organizations can adopt additional services, attractive to B2C and B2B users. The analysis of usability and cost-effective parameters indicates the distinction of applied approaches in companies with different incomes and infrastructure indicating how the level of integration enables the company to become more sustainable and environmentally friendly. The work reviews the infrastructural composition of the contemporary E-Commerce system and its implication on the level of sustainability of the company itself and the environmental impact the sustainable development may do to an E-Commerce application. The work reviews the results of the impact evaluation on the financial and sustainable parameters of the models related to different organizations
