This study is about transparency of public data in times of world pandemic Coronavirus Covid-19. The combination of two axes and key words was used to select the articles published in 2020 in the knowledge bases related to production engineering. Due to the short research period, there was a small number of selected articles, however they show that the topic is already attracting the attention of researchers. Quality public information has two determining functions: to keep the citizen connected to the facts and to fight the wave of fake news. The research results propose that in Brazil, India and the Philippines, there is a lack of central coordination of information causing distrust on the part of the city and the media. It was possible to identify two assessment models, the first offered by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the second by OPEN KNOWLEDGE BRASIL (OKBR). In common, the granular-age theme was identified.
