This paper dwells on the quality of education as a multifaceted category, and monitoring of the quality of education as a purposeful and specially organized system for studying, assessing and analyzing data on the status of students’ education. The service “Gооgle Drive” has been reviewed, which allows to create text documents, presentations, spreadsheets, forms, drawings and other documents. A Google-form for monitoring the quality of the psychological component of education has been developed, which allows to obtain information about the psychological status and satisfaction with the quality of educational services of subjects of the educational process, their relationships, social and psychological climate in institutions of higher education, etc.
