The article is devoted to the application of deliverology at the local government level in countries comparable to the stage of fiscal decentralization implementation as in Ukraine. The aim of the article is to show how the application of informa-tional technology can contribute to the implementation of deliverology at the local government level as in the example of Ukraine. The methodology is based on the application of Difference in Difference method and the development of basic pro-gram codes for the implementation of deliverology at the local government level. It is proposed that multi-criteria methods of decision making be used to analyze information which is most often formalized in the format of groups of perfor-mance indicators of local budget programs. Further research may be necessary to develop recommendations for the use of a single standard of electronic databases for regional development indicators and local budgets. This will allow the full au-tomation of the process of managing data on local government performance.
