Abstract:
The following article to the implementation of the strategic model in the positioning of the Constructora y Consultora José Abiel S.A.C. de Jaén in 2018. To this end, a pre-experimental research approach was followed, which manipulated information-gathering techniques such as survey and interview. How results are to obtain the main strategies to develop the implementation of marketing strategies and create a new organizational culture in collaborations, in addition it is known if the positioning of the organization was increased by 13% with the implementation of strategies analyzed in the model. This article divides the plan into three fundamental stages, the first of these is strategy formulation, followed by implementation of the strategy and evaluation of the strategy, the latter allows to evaluate through indicators the implementation and development of strategies to carry out a driving one.
