Abstract:
Currently, there is a practice where radars located at close range from each other work autonomously. Information from them is combined only when constructing trajectories, when marks from air objects have already been received and is used mainly to identify air objects. At the same time, in some areas a much higher multiplicity of overlap of detection zones is created due to the compaction of radar placement in special cases. Therefore, it is proposed to combine individual radars with high mobility into a system, and the processing of radar information will be carried out at a central point, which can be combined with one of the positions or located separately. At this point, it is advisable to carry out joint processing of radar information, the effectiveness of which will depend on the degree of coherence provided in the system. The development of information technology and the use of special high-speed processors in signal processing and large data streams, as well as a new element base expands the functionality of multi-radar systems and allows you to optionally allow existing radars to work as needed economy mode.
