![]() Title:GR765 SPARC and RISC-V Multiprocessor System-on-Chip Conference:SMC-IT/SCC 2023 Tags:LEON, NOEL-V, RISC-V, SoC and SPARC Abstract: The GR765 is a radiation-tolerant and fault-tolerant octa-core system-on-chip that is currently in development. During SCC 2021 we described the status of the architecture definition and the development of GR765 engineering samples. Since then, development has progressed, and several extensions have been made to the architecture. Most notably the GR765 is now a design that implements both the SPARC instruction set architecture and the RISC-V instruction set architecture. The selection between the two different processor core architectures is done through a bootstrap signal.
