Abstract:
This article highlights the moment of energy transition and the modernization of electrical systems, motivated by the need for environmental preservation, demand growth, technological development and popularization of Distributed Energy Resources (DER), emphasizing the large volume of insertion of distributed generation and the need to mitigate the uncertainties arising from the intermittent characteristic of these renewable sources that represent a large portion of the DER. As tools to contribute to the damping of fluctuations generated by renewable sources, energy storage resources can be pointed out, among which are the battery banks and the charging and discharging parking for electric vehicles (V2G). This work presents the locational value methodology for a V2G parking in the IEEE 13-Bus system considering loss relief index in two scenarios with insertion of DER, the first scenario with optimal allocation and sizing of three PV generators; and the second considering two PV generators and one Wind Generator.
