Abstract:
In this context of continuous improvement, in which many universities have been making incursions in order to offer better opportunities for their students that respond to the requirements of the changing environment, it is necessary not only to make known models and standards of accreditation, but also implementation methodologies that encourage the involvement of all stakeholders and that the improvement is sustainable
The objective of this work is to show a knowledge management model for the process of pre-professional practices, developed under a systemic approach, the university quality model of the National System of Evaluation, Accreditation and Certification of Quality - SINEACE, which allows to increase the level of knowledge of those involved in the process, improve the involvement of stakeholders, improve the level of achievement of skills of our students and ensure scenarios of continuous improvement aligned to quality standards.
