Abstract:
The project was based on results of study of need for clinical-psychological, psychosocial services among mentally ill people and their families in 2010-2019 (1, 2, 3). According to results of express-screening patients and their relatives would like to know more about symptoms of the beginning of relapse, available medication. 98% of visitors wished to receive the professional evaluation of their mental ill-health. Psychological and social support is necessary for all persons with mental health problems and their families. Research objective: development of clinical-psychological multi-level model of anti-relapse behavior based on interaction of mentally ill people, their families, persons from general population and specialists of mental health care system. Research methods: clinical-psychological, clinical-dynamic, follow-up, clinical-genealogical, statistical The value of this study is trajectory to patient benefit that consists of improvement of functioning in cognitive, emotional and behavioural domains. This study is multidisciplinary, based on interaction of psychologists, psychiatrists, geneticists, social workers united by the common task – good mental health of population.
