Abstract:
The purpose of the study was to obtain a synergistic effect from the implementation of the project for different stakeholders. We used the scientific approach of using the Quadruple Helix Model for theoretical and methodological substantiation of the role of stakeholders in project activities The Model allows combining all stakeholders into groups, conducting an in-depth analysis of their impact on project implementation, identifying the main interests and synergistic effects obtained from project interaction. Different issues of application of the Quadruple Helix Model in fostering innovations, collaborative partnership and sustainable development have been studied. The results of the conducted research on the synergistic effects of project activities are systematized according to the key groups of stakeholders under the Quadruple Helix Model (academia, industry, government, civil society). Thus, a proactive position and participation of stakeholders in the initiation, planning, execution and finalization of projects can generate synergy effects. A case analysis was conducted to identify synergetic effects from the stakeholders interaction within the WORK4CE project and collaboration with Zaporizhzhia Cluster EAM .
