Abstract:
Facing the increasing potential for malicious uses of AI, the transparency obligations introduced by the EU AI Act appear justified. However, the perception of AI-generated content plays a significant role in shaping its impact, an area that remains underexplored in the legal domain. Most existing research focuses on the accuracy and efficiency of AI for various tasks, often neglecting technology acceptance and human-computer interaction. This presentation aims to map current research within the legal field and beyond, proposing a research agenda to foster a more comprehensive understanding of AI's impact on law.
