Abstract:
The paper reports results of a pilot project aimed at developing prototypes based on the proposal of the working group "Modernization of Civil Procedure" for a basic document for the German civil procedure. The focus is on the user-centered development methodology (user centered design), with an emphasis on the target group-specific elicitation of requirements from lawyers and judges. As a result, semi-functional prototypes were developed, for which different views for lawyers and judges were implemented. In addition, an animated film was created that summarizes the most important ideas and results.
