Abstract:
The investigation found that training in telematics engineering positive impact on the professional performance of officers in the Army telematics center. The contents of the training program influence the acquisition of knowledge, instructional techniques contribute to the development of skills and evaluation techniques improve attitudes for professional performance. The theoretical framework is based on the concept of evaluating the impact of training programs, based on instructional techniques that facilitates learning and achieving their ultimate goals defined in terms of performance. The results were evaluated with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test statistic and Mann-Whitney U test to evaluate the study variables. The results showed that positive effects are evident in professional performance to provide engineering services in the field of science and technology for the transportation and distribution of information for decision-making. It is concluded that the professional performance in the workplace requires education at the stage of undergraduate use instructional techniques, software tools, systems of intelligent telecommunications and IT services remotely using the internet in improving skills.
