Abstract:
Early age in a child’s life is the most critical period. In this period, objective and symbolic praxis are developing. Cognitive activity is formed in close connection and casualness with praxis. We are confident that psychomotor development provides the basis for oral speech mastering. Therefore, we assume that praxis is the basis of a child’s any activity and has specific features for various types of developmental disorders at an early age. It seems to us possible that a holistic approach to diagnostics will allow us to understand better a child’s individual problems, the structure of the defect, etiology, determine priorities in work and increase the accuracy and efficiency of early speech therapy help. In this article, we summarized the experimental search stage results on praxis parameterization at an early age and the practical methods development and diagnostic techniques.
