Troy is the founder of Variable Efficiency, a business that exists to allow him to continue sharing pump efficiency strategies, such as he is doing today.

Troy worked with local government for 12 1/2 years in the water and wastewater department. Working with aging infrastructure, as well as extensively refurbished infrastructure, has given him the opportunity to assess efficiency across the life span of pumping assets.

Troy has always shared his findings on how to identify and improve poor efficiency, and that has taken him to conferences across Australia and the globe.
