The registration table will be open throughout the day. We will have dedicated check-in time between 8:30am and 9:30am with coffee and light breakfast food available. Morning presenters should allow ample time to check in at registration prior to checking into your session. Others are invited to arrive with plenty of time to meet with other attendees and enjoy light breakfast snacks and coffee.

Lunch will be served during the poster session. Please allow poster presenters to get their lunches first. We will be serving a mixture of sandwiches and chips catered by Bill and Ruths, including a vegetarian option. Water will also be provided.

Agenda

The agenda can be found here: http://easychair.org/smart-program/TRD2017/program.html. There will be miniature copies of the agenda located on the back of all attendees' badges, and some printed materials will be available as well.

K-12 Researchers

Once again, Tulsa Research Partners has partnered with the Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance to bring several K-12 participants to Research Day. These students will be attending their own program during the morning, but will also be presenting posters during the poster session. They are studying research questions related to disaster preparedness and response, and we invite everyone to see their work.

We also have a number of high school researchers from the OKStars program at OSU-CHS.
