Julius F. Wahidin is a member of IBM Garage Solution Engineering (GSE) for Cloud Service Management and Operation (CSMO) for over two years.  GSE-CSMO is a world-wide IBM unit responsible for promoting and developing the practice of Service Management for the hybrid Cloud.CSMO is a natural evolution of ITSM (IT Service Management), where Julius was the Asia Pacific Practice Leader for over 11 years.

While leading The ITSM practice, he is responsible for providing architecture, design, implementations, and knowledge transfer systems utilizing both IBM and non-IBM IT Service Management – Operation solutions.

Julius has worked in the computer, communications, and networking industry since 1986. He is an L3 IBM certified IT Specialist, an ITIL Foundation Certified (V2 and V3), TM Forum Frameworx (eTOM) certified.

Julius and his family currently live in Sydney, Australia.
