Mr. Yousef Aljaloudi is the Director of the Utilities Performance Monitoring Unit (UPMU) at the Ministry of Water and Irrigation in Jordan, and holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Project Management. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively in the public water sector, focusing on performance monitoring of water utilities, management of donor-funded infrastructure projects, and implementation of PPP and BOT contracts in wastewater management. His work bridges regulatory oversight and strategic development of water sector performance frameworks in Jordan.
