Mohammed DAHMANI, was born on 1975, He received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in 1997, 2004 and 2012, respectively, and full professor in 2020, from the University of Sciences and Technology, Mohamed Boudiaf, (USTO, MB), Oran, Algeria. He is actually a professor at the Department of Automation at 385 the same University, and also a member at the Signal and Image Laboratory at the Electrical Faculty at the same university. At present he is working for the research and development of tracking a target using the angular measurement and developing a new algorithm and hardware using a new technology of communication with visual light communication VLC.
