Elton Pedro Sixpence is a Mozambican information systems engineer, academic, and technology leader with over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and information systems engineering. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico (University of Lisbon), where his research focuses on digital government interoperability and enterprise architecture. Elton holds a Master's degree in Communication Networks and Systems Engineering and an advanced diploma in Information Systems with a specialization in Enterprise Engineering. He has led numerous information systems projects and has extensive experience in higher education in both Mozambique and Portugal. He is a registered Professional Engineer (No. 1938) with the Engineering Council of Mozambique and serves as President of the College of Computer and Information Engineering.
