Murat AKPINAR received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical and electronics engineering from the Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, in 2011 and 2014, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in the same department. His research is focused on clock synchronization for in-vehicle communication networks. Besides that, he has been working as a digital design engineer in Aselsan Inc., Ankara, since 2011.
