Pavlo Nosov in 2007 received the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in Odessa National Polytechnic University, specialty – “Systems and means of artificial intelligence”. He is the author of more than 200 scientific works, including 4 monographs. Currently position - Associate Professor of Navigation Department, Kherson State Maritime Academy, Ukraine.
