Yelyzaveta Bailiuk, senior lecturer of the Department of Computer Engineering and Cybersecurity, Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University, Zhytomyr, Ukraine.

Yelyzaveta Bailiuk, born in 1994, graduated from Zhytomyr Military Institute named after Sergei P. Korolev, qualified as a professional in information and communication systems security. She is interested in the design, construction and operation of computer networks, information security in information and communication systems.Since 2017, she has been a member of the professional community of instructors of Cisco network academies in Ukraine. She has the status of an instructor of the Cisco Academy of Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University.
