Inna Khyzhniak, born in 1974, received a Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences degree (PhD) from the Sloviansk State Pedagogical University, Ukraine, in 1999, and a Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences degree (D.Sc. in Educational Science) from the State Higher Education Establishment “Donbas State Pedagogical University”, in 2017. Since 1995, she has been working in the field of linguistic vocational education at Sloviansk State Pedagogical University (was further renamed SHEE “Donbas State Pedagogical University”), where she is currently dean of the Primary, Technological and Vocational Education Faculty. Her research interests include the issues of vocational education. She has published a number of papers in international journals and volumes in book series, is a member of editorial boards of scientific journals: “Professionalism of the teacher: theoretical and methodological aspects” SHEE “Donbas State Pedagogical University” and “New Inception” National University “Chernihiv Collegium” named after T.G. Shevchenko.
