The topic of dissertation: “Models and methods for assessing the risk of implementation of budget programs in the Armed Forces of Ukraine”. The purpose of the dissertation is to substantiate the concept of modeling the impact of financial risks on the implementation of budget programs in the Armed Forces in conditions of economic instability based on the development and implementation of a set of methods, mechanisms and economic-mathematical models. budget program, which will reduce risks in the implementation of budget programs in the Armed Forces.
