She has practical experience at enterprises and organizations in the specialty "accountant" (1992 - 2000) and practical experience at PJSC "Mittal Steel Kryvyi Rih" as an economist of the 1st category of the Economic Marketing Bureau (2001 - 2007).

Shakhno A. has experience of teaching since 2007 and is the author of more than 150 scientific and scientific-methodical works. Research interests: innovative development of human capital under globalization, government regulation and institutional changes in the labor market in Ukraine.
