I was born on November 4, 1983 in the city of Kamyanets-Podilsky, Khmelnytskyi region.

In 2006 i received a diploma of specialist and received the qualification "Applied Mathematics. Informatics". In 2007 i graduated with a master's degree from Kamyanets-Podilsky Ivan Ogienko National University and received a diploma in "Educational Institution Management"

From November 2010 to November 2013 I studied in graduate school full-time at the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of NAES of Ukraine, specialty 13.00.10 - information and communication technologies in education.
