Serhii Voloshynov is PhD in Pedagogy, Associate Professor of Department of Innovative Technologies and Technical Means in Navigation of Kherson State Maritime Academy. Heconducts work on search, processing and use of digital technologies at the academy; provides development of information technology educational environments and theirimplementation into the educational process. Also, he is responsible for forming policy of higher education institutions on use of innovative technologies in their activities. He is theauthor of over 70 scientific publications, 8 of which are indexed in Scopus and WOS.
