Olena Shabanova is  Associate Professor of Finance and Credit, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Management and Law. Since 2003 she has been working at Cherkasy Educational and Scientific Institute University of Banking.

In 2015  she received a Ph.D in economics on the specialty 08.02.08. "Money, Finance and Credit" on "Investment potential of private pension funds in Ukraine."

She is the author of more than 40 scientific works, including 3 monographs.

Research interests - pension insurance mechanisms.
