Liliana Horal is Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work of Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gaz/

 Liliana Horal is a high level specialist in managing institutions, oil and gaz organizations, enterprises, and the region. She has developed about 20 management and economics courses. Recently, scientific interests concern the increase of the educational institutions competitiveness, enterprises of oil and gaz sectors and socio-economic development of the regions. Is a successful postgraduate course manager. Under her leadership 7 candidate and 1 doctoral thesis were defended.
