T. Gundogdu received the B.Sc. degree in Electrical Education from Gazi University, Ankara, Turkey, in 2009 and the M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University (ITU), Istanbul, Turkey, in 2012. From 2010 to 2014, he was a Research Assistant at the ITU. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree at the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, University of Sheffield, U.K., where he has been engaged in the design and analysis of novel electric machines for HEV applications.
