Dr. Yuanyuan Shi is an associate professor in the Department of Tourism, Fudan University, China (email: shiyy@fudan.edu.cn). Her research focused on the effect of globalization and social change from socio-psychological perspectives. She is seeking to apply these theoretical findings to better management of cultural diversities in organization and marketing settings, especially under the context of tourism.
