I am a Project Manager/ Project Leader- Urban Consultant (ARB Part 3 & PhD) with 18 years’ experience in practical and academic works in several countries - primarily in China, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, the UK, Ireland, Middle East and Italy. Developed experience mainly on Urban & Architectural design, Project Management and Research & Development. I have lead and manage several international projects in cooperation with international team, consultants (e.g. LDIs) and partners.

Passionate interest in Sustainable Urban development, Urban Renewal Projects, Amphibious & Floating urban/architecture (Flood resilient development) and Buildings Refurbishment & Conversion. My goal is to ensure that the ideas, generated in international workshop and holistic environments, observe the city/place identity & morphology and meet the needs of community, environment, client and market trend.

I have academic experience as Visitor Professor, European Expert, Assistant Professor, Lecturer and Ph.D student at Universities of Architecture & Academy as Cornell University (Rome), Università IUAV di Venezia (Venice), L.N. Gumilyov ENU (Astana), Chinese Academy of Governance (Beijing), SAI (Sichuan Administrative Institute, Chengdu), etc.
